Christina has her 9-yr-old daughter living with her in the upper level. Her niece lives in the lower level, and has lived with her since her mother passed several years ago. Her teen son also lives in the lower level, and enjoys being able to be independent, without losing parental supervision. They have an Alaskan Malamute puppy, and a fat cat.

Christina has had 20 years experience with high-level foster teens. She has experience with de-escalation and calming techniques. She has also had experience with individuals who have had to move from place to place, and the emotional support it takes to assist them. She can keep her cool in stressful situations, as shown by her work in a 911 call center. She has worked with teens with medical needs. She is excited to bring these skills to the adult care system.

Hobbies & Interests :

Christina likes to sew, and makes beautiful quilts. She likes spending time with her daughter, and with her niece. They enjoy doing some home remodeling and house projects. She likes going to the local YMCA, which is very close to her home.

My Home :

Christina has a large home that has been converted to an upper/lower walk-out duplex. It is furnished with some very unusual carved pieces that she inherited from her last home. The home is located on a steep hill, with a great view of the valley. The back yard is fenced. The upper and lower levels of the home are connected by an inner stairway, with both levels having private entries.
